Our standard order processing time is 1–2 business days. This includes picking, packing, and preparing your order for shipment. Once your package is ready, it will be picked up by the carrier on the same or next business day.

Item Condition

We carefully package all orders to help minimize the risk of shipping or transit damage. However, carrier-related damage may occasionally occur during transit. Additionally, some products may be received directly from manufacturers or distributors with minor to moderate packaging wear, defects, or imperfections, including but not limited to dings, dents, tears in plastic wrap, rips, surface scratches, creases, and/or crushed corners.

All items are carefully evaluated prior to shipment for any damage deemed to affect the product contents itself. Products with packaging wear or cosmetic imperfections that are not considered to impact the contents, integrity, or intended functionality of the item may still be fulfilled and shipped.

Price Adjustments

Pricing for collectible TCG products is dynamic and may change at any time based on market conditions, distributor pricing, availability, demand, and/or other factors. Prices are locked in at the time an order is placed. We do not offer price adjustments, partial refunds, or retroactive discounts for previous purchases.
